Tyreek Hill’s wife filed for divorce a day after police were called to their home

It appears all is not too well between Tyreek Hill and his wife Keeta Hill as the latter has filed for divorce from the NFL superstar. Per TMZ Sports , Keeta’s divorce filing came a day after police responded to their Miami home to investigate a domestic dispute incident.
An incident report from the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department stated that on Monday, Keeta’s mother informed authorities she had requested emergency services after witnessing Hill throw a computer before going to take the daughter he shares with his wife.
Keeta is said to have spoken with the officers who arrived at the home, and she informed them that there had been incessant arguments between her and Hill, 31, in recent times. She also told the officers that Monday’s incident stemmed from the Miami Dolphins wide receiver taking issue with him being told that “he was not involved enough with their daughter.”
Police said Keeta told them, “That’s when he got irritated.” Hill, according to the incident report, subsequently “approached her, grabbed the baby, and started walking around the apartment.”
The report stated that Hill in “his own words” said, “I have the same rights as a father as her as a mother, and I can take my baby whenever I want.'”

Authorities, however, said that Hill and Keeta stated that “the argument never became physical.” Authorities said they did not arrest anyone, and their investigation over the alleged domestic dispute has since been closed, TMZ Sports reported.
But it appears that was not the end of the couple’s alleged issues as Keeta reportedly filed for divorce from Hill on Tuesday. Keeta, who tied the knot with Hill in November 2023, is said to have served the divorce papers in Miami-Dade County.
In an interview with the news outlet on Wednesday, Keeta’s attorney said that “family matters are personal and respect the parties’ privacy as it plays out.”
This is not the first time Hill and his wife have headed toward separation as the NFL star similarly filed for divorce from Keeta a couple of months after they got married. But Hill later blamed the filing on a “f***ing bonehead” and claimed it was an error. He also fired that individual.
Meanwhile, the Miami Dolphins responded to Monday’s incident in a statement, saying that they spoke with Hill and the NFL after being made aware of it.
“On Monday, we were informed that the police were called to Tyreek Hill’s home, and after conversations with Tyreek and members of his family, the police departed the residence without further incident and the case was closed,” the Miami Dolphins said.
